Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING: Once you’ve placed an order, we get hard to work on getting it out to you as quickly as possible. First, upon receiving the order, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Then, we’ll process the order within 1-2 business days max. Once we’ve processed your order and shipped it out to ya, we’ll go ahead and send you a follow-up email confirming the shipping and tracking number, so you can follow along. Depending upon where we're sending it out to, it’ll get to you in 1-8 days time from that point on. Any troubles? Go ahead and shoot us an email at service@scoutclassic.com for help!

RETURNS: Sometimes stuff doesn’t work out, and that’s okay. We try to make this an easy process for ya, so if for whatever reason, you’re not as psyched on your order as we are, send an email to us at service@scoutclassic.com with “RETURN REQUEST” in the subject line. As long as the items are unworn, unwashed, unused and still tagged, you’re free to return them back to us within 30 days of receipt. If you’re within your 30 day timeline, we’ll go ahead and send ya a shipping label and automatically deduct the return shipping costs from your refunded amount. Once we’ve received the returned items on our end and everything checks out, we’ll process the return and refund you back the order amount (minus any return shipping costs) to whichever form of payment we processed it on.
