Shipping and Returns

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Order processing takes 1-2 business days' time before shipping. Once we’ve processed your order and shipped it out, we’ll go ahead and send you a follow-up email confirming the shipping and tracking number for the order. Depending upon where we're sending it out to, it’ll get to you in approx. 3-8 business days.

RETURNS: For returns, please send an email to service@scoutclassic.com with “RETURN REQUEST” and your order number in the subject line. Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt provided the items are unworn, unwashed, unused and still tagged. If you’re within your 7-day timeline, we will confirm approval of your return. You are responsible for return shipping. Please send to:

Once we’ve received the returned items on our end and everything checks out, we’ll process the return and refund you back the order amount to the original form of payment. Please be advised the refunded amount may take several business days before hitting your account.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. We recommend making sure your return is insured and has a tracking number in case of loss.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: All sale items are considered final sale, and as such are not eligible for returns, refunds or store credit.

EXCHANGES: All exchanges are treated as returns. Please submit a return request as outlined above. We cannot hold sizes for exchanges - in order to guarantee your replacement size, we recommend placing a new order for the correct size needed. Upon receipt of your original return, we will refund your amount back to the original form of payment used following our return guidelines above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURNS: International orders are not eligible for return, and as such all international orders will be treated as final sale. No exceptions.

All items are eligible for international ordering with the exception of any Red Wing Heritage product.

International orders are subject to incurring customs, COD and additional delivery fees - please be aware that you may have to pay an additional amount beyond the original order and shipping price in order to retrieve your package from customs. Your order may take several weeks to clear customs. If you haven't received your order, please contact your local import office. We are not responsible for any customs or import fees, delivery surcharges or brokerage fees.

Should you refuse to receive your package due to import duties and additional import charges, you take full responsibility for the cost of the return shipping, customs fees and handling charges upon refusal - or for the full cost of the initial order should you choose to leave the package abandoned.
